How are monthly and annual allowances issued?
Monthly and annual plans share the same monthly allowance. Annual plans are billed once for the year, and credits are refreshed monthly. Refreshes monthly, no rollover. Top-up credits are kept.
How are writing credits counted?
Each Chinese character or English word uses 1 credit. Mixed text is counted separately; spaces and punctuation are free. Changing language does not change the charge. For unbroken tokens over 32 letters/digits, only the excess adds 1 credit per 3 characters, rounded up. The editor shows the estimate; credits are deducted after success. Detection is counted separately per scan.
Do higher plans increase single-request limits?
Credits measure usage; request-length limits protect output quality. Humanizing supports up to 500 Chinese characters or 1,500 English-text characters including spaces and punctuation; polishing supports 2,000 and 6,000 respectively. Mixed text shares this processing capacity. These limits are the same on every plan.
How is AI detection billed?
Daily scans: Free 3, Lite 20, Plus 40, Pro 60; Custom below 200K words: 60, 200K and above: 200. Resets at 00:00 UTC; failed scans do not count. Every plan supports up to 5,000 word units and 30,000 characters per scan. Detection never spends writing or top-up credits.
What happens if I need more words?

A successful new-user referral gives the inviter 1,000 credits and the new account 2,000 total, including its starter grant. Your first subscription includes 2 gift cards on Lite or 3 on Plus, Pro and Custom, each with 2,000 credits. Renewals, upgrades and resubscriptions do not issue additional cards. Cards are for other accounts only and must be redeemed within 90 days; redeemed credits do not expire. A refund or dispute voids unredeemed cards; redeemed credits are retained.
